2. Introduction and Acceptance
By accessing or using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use our website or place an order.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
By registering and accepting total beauty Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and that all information and details provided are your correct, current and complete details. You agree that you will not use the website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account by emailing customerservices@totalbeauty.uk.
If we suspect fraudulent account activity we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the website at any time without notice.
4. Account Cancellations
Should you wish to close your account, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to organise this. Once you cancel your account you will still be able to purchase from us as a guest. You can re-register at a later date using the same email address, however any historic order information will not be available to view.
5. Product Information
While we make every effort to ensure that product information on our website is accurate, please note that images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product received. Colours on some items, in particular (but not limited to) cosmetic items, may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and screen variations.
Manufacturers may change product packaging, formulations or ingredients without notice. We recommend checking the product packaging for the most current ingredient and allergen information. Product descriptions are provided for general information purposes and do not constitute professional advice.
All stock and prices are subject to availability. Items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so please recheck your order before submitting payment.
6. Placing an Order
When you place an order and your payment is successfully processed, a contract is formed between you and us. We will send you an order confirmation email, and a dispatch notification when your order is sent.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances (such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). If we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund within 1 day.
All communications will be sent to the email address you provide during registration. Please ensure emails from total beauty are not filtered to your spam folder.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed are in GBP (£) and include VAT at 20%.
The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned within 1 day.
We accept payment by Apple Pay, Credit/Debit cards including Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and Delta (processed through Braintree), and PayPal. Payments are handled by our parent company, Pioneer Supplies Ltd, Reg no. 08814514. total beauty does not store any credit or debit card details. All card payments are securely handled through Braintree, and PayPal payments are processed in accordance with PayPal's terms and conditions.
Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.
8. Promotional Codes and Offers
total beauty reserves the right to withdraw or restrict use of promotional codes at any time. Only one promotional code can be used per order at checkout. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another unless explicitly stated.
Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time of the promotion. We reserve the right to cancel orders if promotional codes are used fraudulently or contrary to the stated terms.
If we are unable to supply a gift or promotional item that accompanies a purchase, we will fulfil the main order and may substitute an alternative gift of similar or greater value, or omit the promotional item. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in this circumstance.
9. Order Cancellation and Stock Availability
total beauty reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time and to restrict quantities of certain items or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only.
If total beauty is unable to fulfil part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable, we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply within 1 day. total beauty will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.

Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot confirm delivery by a specific date unless expressly agreed in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframes.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. If a delivery attempt is made but you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. If you fail to accept delivery after a reasonable number of attempts, we may cancel your order and charge you for our reasonable costs.
Title to the products passes to you upon payment in full.
11. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Regulations)
As a consumer purchasing goods online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
Our separate Delivery & Returns Policy provides a more generous 90-day return window and may offer different conditions for specific items, such as opened cosmetics. This Clause 11 outlines your statutory rights only.
The 14-day cancellation period begins from the day after you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods. For multiple goods ordered in one order but delivered separately, it begins from the day after you receive the last item.
How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel: To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision in writing by email to customerservices@totalbeauty.uk or by post to total beauty, Unit A2, Tancok's Business Park Four Cross Avenue, Willand, Cullompton, Devon, England, EX15 2FB. You may use our returns label (available on our Returns page) but this is not mandatory.
Returning the Goods: If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your cancellation.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (i.e., beyond what you would be allowed to do in a shop).
Refunds: If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us). We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earliest. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the Right to Cancel: Your right to cancel does not apply to cosmetics, toiletries, or other hygiene products that have been unsealed, used, or tampered with after delivery (for health and hygiene reasons). It also does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or goods which have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
Returns Condition Requirements: To qualify for a refund under your cancellation rights (i.e., within the statutory 14-day period), returned items must be in their original, unopened, and sealed condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact and in a resaleable condition. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or only partially refunded. For returns under our more generous commercial returns policy, please refer to our Delivery & Returns page.
12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We always strive to ensure that your product(s) arrive correctly and in perfect condition. We have many measures in place; however, occasionally mistakes do occur and we will do our utmost to resolve them in a timely manner.
Your Legal Rights:
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or damaged on arrival. These rights are in addition to your cancellation rights and are not affected by our returns policy.
Reporting Issues:
Please check your product(s) on receipt and report any issues to us as soon as possible, and in any event within 72 hours of delivery.
If your item arrives in a condition that you cannot return it to us (smashed/leaking), please keep the item, product packaging, and all of the postage packaging in order to send us images. Without photographic evidence we are unable to process your claim and refund.
If an item is missing from your parcel, we also require images of the packaging and the postage box in order to conduct an enquiry with the courier.
Remedies:
Products received faulty, damaged or incorrect may be returned to us for a full refund (including any postage paid), a replacement, or a repair (where appropriate). The choice of remedy may depend on the nature of the fault and when it is discovered.

13. Refund Processing
All refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed by management.
Refunds will be issued within 1 days of receipt of returned goods (for cancellations), our acceptance of a claim for faulty/damaged/incorrect goods, or our decision to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or pricing error.
Please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the total beauty website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and design, is the property of Pioneer Supplies Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any content from our website in any way. You may not use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our express written consent. You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content on our website. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
You may print or download content from our website for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.
Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
15. Permitted Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website immediately if we believe you have breached these terms.

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to our website ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for our business purposes.
You warrant that any User Content you submit is your own original work or you have the necessary rights to submit it, is accurate and not misleading, does not infringe any third party's rights, and does not contain defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal material.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any User Content at our discretion without notice.
17. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the above, our liability to you is limited as follows:
We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to follow product instructions or warnings. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure). We are not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account details secure. We are not liable for any loss resulting from delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects from products (you should always check ingredients and conduct patch tests).
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
You are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for your intended use, reading all product information, warnings, and ingredients, conducting patch tests for cosmetic products before full use, and paying any customs duties or import taxes for international orders.
18. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include but are not limited to acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, or severe weather), war, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest, industrial disputes or strikes, failure of suppliers or subcontractors, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, government restrictions or legislation, or pandemic or epidemic.
If a Force Majeure event occurs, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and will use reasonable efforts to minimise the impact on you. If the Force Majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the affected order and we will refund any payments made for undelivered products.

All complaints should be made in writing and include your name and contact details, your order number (if applicable), full details of your complaint, and what you would like us to do to resolve the matter.
We aim to acknowledge complaints immediately but all complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days. We will keep you informed of all progress towards resolution.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the UK European Consumer Centre (if applicable), Trading Standards, Citizens Advice Consumer Service, or alternative dispute resolution services.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and total beauty regarding your use of the website and your purchase of products from us.
These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
25. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent.
We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another organisation, and we will always notify you in writing if this happens.
26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
