Hassle-Free Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We understand that sometimes things don't work out or you might receive a defective item. Our policy makes it easy to return for a refund, allowing you to place a new order for your desired item (a re-purchase).

 

Returns

 

Return Window: We accept returns sent back to us within 90 days of receipt.

 

Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. Any signs of use or damage may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return.

 

Return Shipping Cost: We offer a Free UK returns label. Click here to generate your free returns label.

 

Note on Re-Purchasing: If you wish to swap your item for a different product, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a free return at no cost to you, offer a full refund or a replacement, and process your return as a priority.

 

To report a faulty item, please contact us at customservices@totalbeauty.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label.

 

Note: Different return conditions apply to faulty items. They do not need to be unused or in original packaging.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Include a note with your order number and the reason for the return inside the parcel. If you are intending to re-purchase, you can note this on the form.

 

Once you've obtained your free returns label, please ensure the item is well-packed in its original packaging.

 

Place the returns label on the outer packaging and take the parcel to a UK Post Office and obtain proof of postage.

 

Use the tracking number provided with the returns label to monitor the progress of your return. We recommend keeping your proof of postage safe until the refund is complete.

 

Refunds

 

Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 1 working day of your returned order arriving at our facility.

 

Refund Method: The refund will be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

 

Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee (if paid by the customer) will be refunded only if the entire order is returned. If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

Return Eligibility

 

We accept returns on all products, including opened perfumes, cosmetics, and toiletries.

 

Extended Christmas Returns Policy

 

We already offer a very generous 90-day return window which covers most holiday purchases!

 

For purchases made between November 1st and December 24th, returns are accepted until at least January 31st of the following year. This ensures that all gifts purchased early have plenty of time to be returned after Christmas.

 

Note: Our generous 90-day return window means all Christmas gifts purchased between November 1st and December 24th can be returned well into the new year, giving recipients plenty of time to try their gifts after the holidays.
