Royal Mail Delivery & Processing Information

 

We currently ship to all areas covered by UK postcodes, including Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey), and the Scilly Isles.

 

This policy clearly outlines both our processing time (handling) and the carrier's delivery time (transit).

 

1. Order Processing Time (Handling)

 

We define our Handling Time as the time from when your order is placed until it is collected by Royal Mail.

 

• Same-Day Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) on the same working day.

• Handling Time: Our processing time is 0–1 working day.

•  

  • 0 working days for orders placed and dispatched before the 2:00 PM cutoff.

  • 1 working day for orders placed after 2:00 PM, over the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday, as they will be dispatched on the next working day.

2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Time

 

The Total Estimated Delivery Time is calculated as: Processing Time (0–1 day) + Transit Time.

 

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Orders over £25)

• Cost: FREE

• Transit Time (Carrier): 2–3 working days

• Total Estimated Delivery: 2–4 working days from the time of order.

 

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Orders under £25)

• Cost: £2.95

• Transit Time (Carrier): 2–3 working days

• Total Estimated Delivery: 2–4 working days from the time of order.

 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express)

• Cost: £3.95

• Transit Time (Carrier): 1–2 working days

• Total Estimated Delivery: 1–3 working days from the time of order.

3. Royal Mail Carrier Tracking

 

All orders are sent via a tracked service. You will receive a shipment email confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

All delivery estimates are based on working days (Monday to Friday) and exclude UK Bank Holidays.
