Orders

We make paying simple and secure. We accept payments using PayPal, Apple Pay, as well as all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Delta. We use Braintree secure payment platform to process all card transactions and Apple Pay ensuring your data is protected.
Once your order has been packed and is ready to leave our facility you will receive a shipment email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcels journey through the Royal Mail track and trace website. Tracking will not be available until the parcel has been scanned into the mail center, this can take 6 to 12 hours to update.
You can, however, our warehouse is super efficient and items are packed extremely quickly. If there is a delay in reading your cancellation email the item could have left our facility. In this event you would simply return the item to us with one of our free return labels unopened. Details of our return policy can be found here.
We can only guarantee address amendments before you receive your shipment confirmation email and there being no delay in reading your email. Our warehouse processes orders extremely quickly, and once you receive the shipment notification, the package has been handed over to Royal Mail and we can no longer make changes. If the item is delivered to the old address, you may simply use one of our free returns labels to send the unopened parcel back to us for a refund.
If you didn't receive your order confirmation, it's usually due to one of three issues: the email has gone to your Junk or Spam folder (please check there first), it's possible you made a typo in your email address when checking out, or in rare cases, your email provider may have rejected the automated message; if you're unable to locate the confirmation after checking your folders, please contact us immediately via email at customerservices@totalbeauty.uk or through our Contact Us page so we can verify your order status and correct your details.
Yes, you can check out as a guest without registering. However, we highly recommend you create an account as this will allow you to quickly store multiple delivery addresses, track your order history, and ensure a much faster checkout experience next time.

We’ve gone paperless. Should you require a VAT Invoice reach out to us and we will gladly send you one.

Delivery

The total estimated delivery time combines our Processing Time (Handling) with the Shipping Transit Time. We aim to process orders placed by 2:00 PM Monday-Friday on the same day (0 days), otherwise processing takes 1 working day. For Royal Mail Tracked 48, the total estimated delivery is 2–4 working days from the time you order, and for Royal Mail Tracked 24, the total estimated delivery is 1–3 working days from the time you order (all estimates are based on working days).

We recommend allowing the full 3 working days from the date of your dispatch email for your Tracked 48 delivery to arrive or the full 2 working days for T24 delivery. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us immediately so we can investigate its status within the Royal Mail network.

Returns

If the item is an unwanted gift or you have simply changed your mind, you have 90 days to return the item(s). Please include a note with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We'll process your request within 1 day. Please visit our Returns Page for full details and a link to generate a free return label.
We apologize! We are happy to resolve this quickly. You can return the faulty item using one of our free returns labels within the 90-day return window. Important: If the product arrived smashed or leaking, please keep the item and all original packaging, and contact our Customer Service team immediately at customerservices@totalbeauty.uk. We will require a photograph to process your claim for a full refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
We are fast! We process all refunds within 1 working day of your returned item arriving back at our facility. After that, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method: it can take 3 to 5 working days depending on your bank for funds to get back to your bank card. If you used your PayPal balance it will take seconds.
